Shield Our Children from Harm
The focus of this collaboration is to address child maltreatment in ways that help significantly reduce the impact of child abuse in our communities. Our efforts focus on community education, and professional education.
Professional education
The sixth annual professional conference took place on April 6, 2009. The focus of the conference was the interface of substance abuse and child maltreatment. Multidisciplinary teams involved in a Child Advocacy Center found this conference valuable to their practice.
