Why
Individuals, corporate teams and kids hit the slopes for a day of fun and a celebration of winter in New England!
The day includes fan favorites from the Ski and Ride Festival, including:
- Speed Trap
- Scavenger Hunt
- Dual Slalom
- Snow-a-thalon Championship: a timed ski event testing a wide range of winter sports skills
- The RETURN of the Snow Box Derby
- Silent Auction and Raffle
Plus some new activities:
- Frozen t-shirt contest (brrr…what’s that?)
- Sports Expo, featuring regional winter sport retailers
A portion of the proceeds will directly fund CHaD’s Injury Prevention Program.
CHaD is one of the nation's leading children's hospitals and is committed to bringing world-class, family-centered medical care to children and families across New Hampshire, Vermont and beyond. Part of that involves educating parents and children about things they can to to prevent illness and injury, like wearing a helmet when you ski or ride. CHaD programs such as Injury Prevention are examples of what makes CHaD a unique and exceptional children's hospital. We also rely on fundraising dollars to carry out this important work.
