Human Resources

The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Human Resources division consists of a group of departments collectively referred to as Human Resources located at various sites on the D-H campus.

Our departments include:

  • Benefits: Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Health, Welfare, and Retirement plans
  • Compensation and HR Technology: Compensation, systems issues, reporting, and HR data analysis
  • DHMC Child Care Center: Child care located on the DHMC campus for children of employees aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age
  • Education/Employee Relations: Analyzes and improves work processes and the work environment
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Resources and support for physicians, staff, and family members
  • Occupational Medicine: Services to meet the occupational and environmental health needs of the employee population as well as the needs of the community workforce
  • Recruitment: Finds and hires the right people to fill job vacancies for both Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic North
