Referral information
You must be referred to the Pediatric Nephrology Department in Manchester by a physician. Patients cannot set up an appointment without a referral. See our Referral Services Department for more information, or call toll-free (866) 833-4685, or (603) 440-7680.
Dr. Weinstein and Dr. Chobanian travel from DHMC in Lebanon. If you need inpatient procedures or hospital care, you will be referred to DHMC.
