Children's Hospital Collaboration
Following a routine 20-week ultrasound, Casey Bolton was referred to CHaD in Manchester for a fetal echocardiogram. A very serious heart defect was diagnosed in her unborn child, so Casey and her husband Keith were referred to Children's Hospital Boston, where their son Parker has undergone three open-heart surgeries for a condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Parker receives most of his follow-up care at CHaD in Manchester, much closer to the Boltons' home in Pittsfield, NH.
