CHaD Outpatient Center at DHMC
The CHaD Outpatient Center is a marvel of colors, textures, and special features to comfort and welcome families and kids. It contains virtually all of the pediatric primary care—as well as medical and surgical specialists—in one convenient and child-friendly location to make things easier for parents.
PainFree Program
The PainFree Program at DHMC, located in the Ronald McDonald Comfort Center, is designed to reduce the pain and stress associated with children's medical care by taking existing technologies and expertise and applying them to improve the medical experience of children.
Child Life Specialists are responsible for preparation, support, and the provision of distraction/relaxation to infants and children receiving diagnostic and therapeutic treatment. Sedation/anesthesia is provided by an anesthesiologist when necessary.

CHaD Outpatient Specialty Services in Southern and Seacoast New Hampshire
A comprehensive array of pediatric medical and surgical specialists is available at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester and in Dover at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Outpatient surgery is also performed at our Manchester facility.

Primary care services are offered at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock facilities in Bedford, Concord, Keene, Lebanon, Manchester, Mascoma, Nashua, New London, and Plymouth.
